Activities for 0 to 3 Month Olds
There are plenty of activities that you can do with your 0 to 3 month old baby that will not only keep him/her happy and entertained, but will also help boost his/her physical development. Below are just a few of them.
Touching Your Baby
Touching allows you to build a connection with your baby while also stimulating him/her to move the areas that you have touched. Hugging, kissing, and gentle tickling are just to name a few.
Massaging Your Baby
Rubbing your baby’s back, belly, arms, and legs will help strengthen his/her muscles and is also a great source of comfort for your child.
Making and Keeping Eye Contact with Your Baby

Giving Her Enough Tummy Time
Tummy time is one of the most crucial activities that your baby should always have time for, as this helps improve many aspects of his/her mobility. Have you baby lie down on his/her stomach for play time. Talking to him/her is a great way to strengthen the head and neck muscles. Dangling a bright and interesting item (such as a small toy) in front of him/her will also help improve mobility and strengthen muscles in your baby’s arms, torso, stomach, and legs.
